01 Acceptance of Terms

03 Account Registration

Multiple accounts held by the same person — identified by name, address, mobile number, CNIC number, payment method, device identifier, or IP address — will be treated as duplicate accounts. Any duplicate account discovered by zz777 may be closed immediately, and any balances or pending withdrawals associated with the duplicate account may be forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Registration Information

When registering your account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your valid email address, and your active Pakistani mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zz777 account credentials — including your password, security PIN, and any two-factor authentication codes. zz777 will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity carried out through your account is considered to have been authorised by you unless you report your account as compromised immediately to our support team at support@zz777.click. zz777 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

3.4 KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification

zz777 operates a KYC verification process. Players may be required to submit identity, address, and payment method verification documents before their first withdrawal is processed, when their cumulative deposits exceed certain thresholds, or at any other time deemed necessary by zz777's compliance team. Failure to complete KYC verification within the time frame requested will result in withdrawal suspension until verification is complete.

4.2 Minimum & Maximum Transactions

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via Easypaisa or JazzCash are credited to your zz777 account balance within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank transfers (IBFT) may take up to two (2) hours to process, depending on the sending bank. Deposits do not incur any processing fee from zz777, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to Easypaisa or JazzCash are typically processed within ten (10) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day. Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed any applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses, passed KYC verification, and not have any open compliance queries on your account.

4.5 Own Accounts Only

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Depositing from accounts owned by third parties — including family members, friends, or business associates — is a breach of these Terms. Any withdrawal will only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to deposit funds into your zz777 account.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Rules

All bonuses and promotional offers available at zz777 are subject to specific terms and conditions that supplement and, where applicable, take precedence over these general Terms. The specific terms for each promotion are published on the Promotions page and must be read in conjunction with these Terms before claiming any offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses at zz777 carry a wagering requirement — the amount you must bet using the bonus funds before any winnings derived from the bonus can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 25× means wagering twenty-five times the bonus amount). Different game types contribute differently to wagering — sports bets and virtual sports typically contribute 100%, while live card games contribute 20%. 5.3 One Active Bonus at a Time

Players may hold only one active deposit bonus at a time. Attempting to claim a new deposit bonus while an existing bonus is active will result in the new bonus not being credited until the existing bonus is completed or forfeited. The cashback promotion (where offered) is an exception and operates independently of active deposit bonuses.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not activated within seven (7) days of being credited to an account will expire and be removed. Active bonuses that have not been fully wagered within thirty (30) days of activation will also expire, along with any accumulated bonus winnings. VIP bonuses may have extended expiry windows as specified in the individual VIP tier terms.

5.5 Bonus Abuse

zz777 takes bonus abuse seriously. Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through systematic low-risk betting designed specifically to meet wagering requirements without genuine play, through use of multiple accounts, through coordination with other players, or through any other means that zz777 reasonably determines to be abusive, will result in the confiscation of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

5.6 Maximum Bonus Withdrawal

For most deposit bonuses, the maximum amount withdrawable from bonus winnings after wagering requirements are met is five times (5×) the original bonus amount, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. Cashback bonuses are not subject to a maximum withdrawal cap once any applicable wagering is completed.

06 Sports Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets on the zz777 sportsbook are subject to acceptance. zz777 reserves the right to decline any bet, limit the maximum stake accepted on any bet, or cancel any bet placed on odds that were published in error. A bet is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation in your bet slip history within your account. Verbal or chat confirmations do not constitute a valid bet.

6.2 In-Play Betting

Players who are found to have placed bets with advance knowledge of a fixed outcome will have their accounts closed and relevant information reported.

6.5 Cricket Betting Specific Rules

For PSL and international cricket markets on zz777: a match must reach its minimum completion threshold (typically 5 overs per side in a T20 match, or a complete first innings in a Test) for most markets to be settled. 07 Casino & Live Games Rules

7.1 Game Integrity

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zz777 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and permanent closure:

• Using the account of another person, including family members, without authorisation

09 Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Closure by zz777

zz777 may suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms, provided false information, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform. In such cases, pending bets may be settled and the remaining balance returned to the verified payment method on file, less any forfeited bonus amounts.

9.2 Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may close your zz777 account at any time by contacting support@zz777.click. Account closure requests are processed within two (2) business days. Any active bonus will be forfeited upon voluntary closure. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Before an inactive account is marked dormant, zz777 will send a notification to the registered email address. Inactive account balances are preserved for a period of three (3) years from the last login, after which unclaimed balances may be forfeited.

10 Intellectual Property

14 Amendments to These Terms
